Some items that are out of supply prevent customers from completing their purchases in our online store until the item is back in stock.
When entering data and in relation to information on prices, products, or stock levels, Bernstein. Boutique reserves the uncommon and inadvertent occurrence of incorrect typographical errors.
We reserve the right to fix any of these issues after you place your order.

Confirmation of your order

Bernstein. Boutique will send you an order confirmation to your email address once we have received your order and processed it.
It is crucial that you have a valid and functional email address when placing your order.
Please check your spam/junk email folder if you do not receive an order confirmation from us, because emails from new senders are frequently categorized as spam by the recipient's email system.

Prices and product descriptions

When ordering, the flat-rate prices specified in the website apply to shipments by classic international postal service and to worldwide.

All prices for goods, including VAT, do not include shipping costs!

From probably August 2023 you will also have the choice between DHL and UPS

The shipping costs are shown in the webshop when you complete the purchase.

We reserve the right to remove products from the website. We also reserve the right to make mistakes in relation to images and text, such as B. Incorrect descriptions, incorrect technical specifications and incorrect prices.

Pricing and item descriptions

From September 1st, 2023  to December 31st, 2023, all purchases to any country will be shipped to you at no cost. It means the shipping flat-rate zero.

Outside this period, the flat-rate shipping costs listed on the website at the time of buying apply to deliveries made globally and via traditional international mail service. 

The cost of delivery is not included in any of the product prices, including VAT.

When you finish your order in the web shop, the shipping fees are displayed, if any.

Shipping is free to anywhere in the world markets we sell to, until December 31st , 2023.

As soon as your order has reached our system, it will be processed immediately.

Your order will be shipped to you within 2-3 business days of your purchase.

All shipments are sent by default as shipments by the classic international postal service, from Bernstein Boutique in Denmark to the Danish postal service "PostNord", as priority shipment with tracking number for shipment tracking. You will be notified by email with the tracking number of the shipment.

The usual delivery time of the goods varies between two to five working days, for small packages within continental Europe within the EU/EEA.

Islands and archipelagos belonging to EU and EEA countries (Canary Islands, Madeira, Azores) take up to a week longer to deliver.

Since items are sent using a trackable, unregistered Priority Mail postal service with a tracking number, you will always be able to track your shipment online.

To do this, use the tracking number that you received from us by email after dispatch.

Your order will be processed as soon as it is received by our system.
After you place your order, it will be mailed to you within 2 to 3 business days.
By default, all goods are dispatched from Bernstein Boutique in Denmark using the standard international postal service of the Danish postal service "PostNord" as a priority shipping with a tracking number for shipment tracking. You'll receive an email with the shipment's tracking number.
Small shipments delivered to continental Europe within the EU/EEA typically take two to five working days to arrive.
Delivery can take up to a week longer to islands and archipelagos in EU and EEA nations (Canary Islands, Madeira, Azores).

For more remote intercontinental parcel destinations, please take one extra week of delivery -time into account. You will always be able to track your purchase while it is approaching you by using the tracking code that you receive from us in a seperate email after your shopping has been dispatched.

Returns and Refunds

To return a product to us..

Please note that only items with intact packaging seals can be returned. The product labels must also remain intact and undamaged. Please print out the order confirmation that you received by email, mark the product you wish to return and enclose this document in the package.

The return fees are the same as the shipping fees and will be deducted from the return amount.

complaints

If you want to complain about a material defect, you should do so immediately after discovering the defect. If you wish to exercise your right to complain, please contact us at tu@denlilleravbutik.dk.

If your product can be repaired, we will do it. If repair is not possible, your purchase will be replaced by a new copy of the same Bernstein Boutique Schuck model.

Force majeure

In the event that performance of this Agreement is prevented, hindered or delayed by any event beyond our reasonable control, “Bernstein Boutique” shall be free from damages and other penalties. Examples of such situations include government intervention, new or changed laws, lack of permits, war, fire, flood, labor market disruption, bans, restrictions, sabotage, adverse weather or transportation conditions, missed deliveries from subcontractors, and the Company being exposed to criminal activities that affect the business.
